Easy Returns:

• To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team, and we’ll guide you through the process.
• Once your return is approved, we’ll schedule a pick-up from your doorstep.

Refund Process:

• After we receive and verify the returned items, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or provided as store credit, based on your preference.

Exceptions:

• Perishable goods or items that are opened, used, or damaged after  delivery may not be eligible for return.
